30-Day Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Custom-designed items and services, however, are not eligible for refunds due to the personalized nature of the work.

 

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

• Be returned in the original packaging with any accompanying materials.

Damages and Issues

We understand that items may occasionally arrive damaged due to shipping or manufacturing issues. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly. When reporting an issue:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report damages.

• Provide photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the problem.

If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

• Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

For custom orders, deposits and final payments are non-refundable once the work is completed. However, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues related to product quality.

• Standard Items: Typically require 3–5 business days for printing and preparation.

• Custom Orders: May take 7–10 business days, as these items are specially crafted to meet your specifications.

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Once your item is produced, the shipping time will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
